During the summer all students participate in our swimming program, which (weather permitting) runs for 2 weeks.
Throughout their primary schooling, children should be developing the necessary skills towards becoming independent bike users. It is recommended by the Road Traffic Authority that no child under the age of 8 years should ride a bicycle on the road without adult supervision. It is also compulsory that everyone that rides a bike on the road, must wear an approved safety helmet. Remind your child that all road users must obey road and traffic rules. Bicycles need to be walked across the school crossing and in the school grounds.
Bikes which are ridden to school are to be left in the bike racks. The school requests that children do not ride or bring roller blades or skate boards to school. The school provides a Bicycle Education program each year for children in Grades 3-6, and a Scooter Education program each year for children in Grades P-2.
